NU Tier Gym Empty NU Tier Gym

This gym is a little different than the others mostly because it is a gym that only is run when there are less than 10 gyms and no suitable replacement is available. It can also be under any E4 members control.

Gym Leader: Any free Elite 4 member
FC: changes based on leader
Theme: NU tier
Record: 0-0

Description: Pokemon that are in the NU Tier or lower

*Note: Opponent must also follow the tier listing to battle this gym. That means that all Pokemon used by the trainer and gym leader must be either be in the NU or NFE Tier
